✨ New features

My Inventory - we are half way trough but: in this increment Dealers can now manage their equipment directly from a dedicated inventory view - create, edit, archive, and track asset status without going through the listing flow. Dynamic action menus, bulk operations, and inventory-specific status lifecycle included.

Export inventory data Export a single asset as PDF or select multiple to download a CSV. Available directly from the inventory table.

Relist from sold listings Dealers can now create a new similar listing directly from a sold unit all fields pre-populated except media. Sold unit details are accessible from a new side panel.

Inventory filters, search & sorting Full search, filter, and sort controls are now available in the inventory view - including reset, multi-filter stacking, and column-level sorting.

Media upload - new info messages Clearer guidance messages now appear during photo and video upload including: progress, format errors, and size limits.

Manufacturer merge - admin panel Admins can now merge duplicate manufacturer entries directly from the admin panel, consolidating listings and assets under a single canonical entry.

Ownership validation on listing endpoints GET and PUT requests on listing and asset endpoints now enforce ownership checks - preventing unauthorised access to records belonging to other accounts.

Maintenance page A dedicated maintenance screen is now in place for planned downtime windows.

📈 Improvements

Smarter Listing Hub search VIN search now works correctly in Listing Hub. Additional search signal improvements for more accurate results across make, model, and stock number.

Listing Hub default sort order Listings now appear in the correct order on all tabs. Sort logic uses updated date first, then published date, then created date.

Home page - category display Browse by Category on the home page now matches production - only active, relevant categories are shown.

60+ day label on Comparison page Listings published more than 60 days ago now display "60+" on the Comparison page, consistent with the catalogue view.

Fleet vehicle counters Vehicle counts in the Listing Hub Fleets view are now consistent across the default fleet view and individual fleet drill-downs.

Multiple units - field reorder When "Having multiple units" is toggled on, the VIN field is now replaced with Quantity — cleaner flow, less confusion.

🐛 Bug fixes

Videos not saving for assets Videos uploaded during asset creation were silently dropped. Fixed on both frontend and backend.

Can't edit asset not linked to a listing Assets created independently (without a listing) returned an error on save. Fixed - inventory-only assets now update correctly.

Draft listings showing required field errors Editing an existing draft and saving it triggered full publish-validation. Drafts now save without requiring all fields to be complete.

Draft defaulting to Auction type Listings saved as drafts before setting a price incorrectly showed "Auction" as the listing type. Now defaults to Sale.

Sell option off by default in listing creation All selling type and price toggles were switched off when opening a new listing form. Sell is now on by default.

Fleet not found after switching accounts Switching between Individual and Business accounts caused Listing Hub to show the wrong fleet or no fleet at all. Fixed.

Image scroll blocked by sold/rented labels On listing cards with a Sold, Rented, or Leased ribbon, the label overlay was intercepting touch/scroll events. Image scrolling now works correctly.

Archived listing showing wrong status text Archived listings were displaying "This equipment has been sold." Fixed to show the correct archived status. Comparison icon also hidden on archived detail pages.

Listing action menu stays open during scroll The three-dot action menu in Listing Hub was overlapping content when the page was scrolled. It now closes on scroll.

iFrame lead email showing raw placeholders When a listing fetch failed during an iFrame lead submission, the dealer notification email sent with unfilled {{year}}, {{make}}, {{model}} placeholders. Fixed - email now sends correctly.

Asset API create & update reliability POST /asset failed with a null constraint error for inventory assets. PUT /asset was blocked by a synchronous indexing call. Both fixed - asset operations are now reliable.

Inventory bulk actions failing without profile Assign Sales Rep and Move Location bulk actions failed when assets had no inventory profile. Partial update flag was also being ignored. All three fixed.
